These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Coach," "you," or "your") and Mustafa Hadi d/b/a IronOS ("IronOS," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account, accessing the platform at ironos.dev, or using any IronOS service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not create an account or use IronOS. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of these Terms as they may be updated from time to time.
IronOS (ironos.dev) is a coaching software platform operated by Mustafa Hadi. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or related to the IronOS open source firmware project (github.com/Ralim/IronOS), which is a separate product for soldering equipment.
IronOS is an AI-powered growth platform designed for independent powerlifting and strength sport coaches. The platform provides:
IronOS is a tool to support your coaching business. We do not guarantee specific results, including but not limited to a particular number of leads, conversion rates, client acquisitions, or revenue outcomes. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your niche, market conditions, the quality of your coaching services, and your engagement with the platform.

By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above eligibility requirements.
IronOS uses Clerk for authentication. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
IronOS is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.
Your use of IronOS is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary, you agree not to:

IronOS uses artificial intelligence and machine learning throughout the platform, including but not limited to:
All AI-generated content is clearly labeled within the platform. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing or sending it. IronOS does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, originality, or legal compliance of any AI-generated output. AI models may produce content that is factually incorrect, contextually inappropriate, or inconsistent with your brand. You assume full responsibility for any content you choose to publish or distribute.
IronOS integrates with or references third-party platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and others. You acknowledge and agree that:
IronOS charges a one-time, non-refundable setup fee that covers professional onboarding and system configuration:
The setup fee reflects real service work (3–5 hours of dedicated onboarding per coach) and is due at the time of purchase.
All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period. You authorize IronOS to charge your payment method on file for all recurring fees.
If you are not satisfied with IronOS within the first 14 days of your subscription start date, you may request a full refund of your first monthly payment. The setup fee is non-refundable, as the onboarding work has already been performed. To request a refund, contact legal@ironos.dev within the 14-day window.
After the 14-day satisfaction guarantee period, there is a 3-month minimum commitment. Early cancellation during the commitment period will result in the remaining balance being charged to your payment method on file.
IronOS reserves the right to modify pricing. We will provide at least 60 days' written notice before any price change takes effect. Price changes will apply at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period. If you do not agree to the new pricing, you may cancel before it takes effect.

If payment is not resolved within 30 days, your account will be suspended and may be scheduled for termination per the Termination section below.
You retain full ownership of your leads, client data, brand assets, and any content you create or publish through IronOS. You may export your data at any time from /dashboard/settings.
The following are proprietary assets of IronOS and remain our exclusive intellectual property:
IronOS grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, publish, and distribute any content generated by IronOS for your coaching business. This license survives termination of your account — content you have already published or exported remains yours to use.
You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive the source code, algorithms, or underlying technology of IronOS. You may not use IronOS output to train competing AI models or build competing products.
THE IRONOS PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. IRONOS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
IRONOS DOES NOT GUARANTEE ANY SPECIFIC RESULTS FROM USE OF THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: NUMBER OF LEADS GENERATED, LEAD CONVERSION RATES, CLIENT ACQUISITION RATES, REVENUE OUTCOMES, OR BUSINESS GROWTH. RESULTS DEPEND ENTIRELY ON FACTORS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL.
IRONOS DOES NOT GUARANTEE THE ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR RELIABILITY OF ANY AI-GENERATED CONTENT. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR REVIEWING AND APPROVING ALL AI OUTPUT BEFORE USE.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IRONOS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR REPUTATIONAL HARM, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY AND ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF IRONOS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL FEES PAID BY YOU TO IRONOS IN THE THREE (3) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless IronOS, its operator Mustafa Hadi, and any affiliates, contractors, or agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Iowa, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of IronOS shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") under its Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator in Des Moines, Iowa, and all proceedings shall be conducted in English.
Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action.
After your 3-month minimum commitment, you may cancel your subscription at any time with 30 days' written notice. You can initiate cancellation from /dashboard/settings/cancel or by contacting legal@ironos.dev.
Within the first 14 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund of your first monthly payment (setup fee excluded). See Payment Terms above.
If you violate these Terms, IronOS will provide written notice and a 14-day cure period. If the breach is not cured within 14 days, IronOS may terminate your account immediately. For severe violations (fraud, illegal activity, or actions that threaten platform security), IronOS may terminate without a cure period.
If payment is not resolved within 30 days of a failed charge, your account will be suspended. Suspended accounts that remain unresolved for an additional 30 days (60 days total) will be scheduled for termination.
We strongly recommend exporting your data before your deactivation date.
We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes, we will provide at least 60 days' notice via email to the address associated with your account. Non-material changes (formatting, clarifications) may take effect immediately upon posting.
Your continued use of IronOS after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you must cancel your subscription before the effective date.
