Acceptable Use Policy

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") defines the acceptable and prohibited uses of the IronOS platform (ironos.dev) operated by Mustafa Hadi d/b/a IronOS. This policy is incorporated into and forms part of the IronOS Terms of Service. By using IronOS, you agree to comply with this policy.

2. You May

IronOS is designed for coaching professionals. You are welcome and encouraged to:

• Use IronOS for legitimate coaching business purposes, including lead generation, client management, and content creation
• Generate AI-powered content ideas, social media posts, and email copy for your coaching brand
• Manage leads and clients through the built-in CRM and email sequences
• Use AI-generated DM scripts as templates for personal, manual outreach on third-party platforms
• Export your lead data, client information, and content at any time
• Provide feedback, suggestions, and feature requests to help improve the platform

3. You May Not

The following activities are strictly prohibited on IronOS:

Spam and Unsolicited Communications

• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages using IronOS-generated scripts, email content, or DM templates
• Use IronOS tools to violate CAN-SPAM, GDPR, or any applicable anti-spam legislation

Harassment and Abuse

• Use IronOS to harass, stalk, threaten, or intimidate any person
• Use the platform to collect data from or target minors (individuals under 18)

Platform Integrity

• Attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of IronOS
• Upload malicious files, malware, or attempt to compromise IronOS security or infrastructure
• Interfere with the operation of the platform or other users' access

Account Misuse

• Share your account credentials with any third party
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, bans, or usage limits
• Provide false or misleading information during onboarding, intake, or account creation

Competitive and Commercial Misuse

• Use IronOS, its data, outputs, or technology to build a competing product or service
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute IronOS access to third parties
• Use IronOS output to train AI models or build derivative tools

Third-Party Platform Violations

• Violate Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, or other platform Terms of Service while using IronOS tools or content
• Use IronOS-generated content in any way that is defamatory, deliberately misleading, or illegal

4. AI Content Responsibility

IronOS uses artificial intelligence to generate content ideas, social media posts, email copy, DM scripts, and other materials. While we strive to produce high-quality output, AI-generated content may contain inaccuracies, inappropriate suggestions, or content that does not align with your brand.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving all AI-generated content before publishing or sending it. IronOS is a tool — you are the publisher. Once you publish or send AI-generated content, it becomes your content and you assume full legal and ethical responsibility for it.

This responsibility extends to ensuring that any content you publish or send complies with applicable laws, platform guidelines, and professional standards in your jurisdiction.

5. Enforcement

IronOS takes violations of this policy seriously. We enforce this policy using a graduated response:

First Violation

Written warning sent via email to the address associated with your account. The warning will describe the violation, cite the relevant section of this policy, and explain the expected corrective action.

Second Violation

Temporary account suspension for a minimum of 7 days. During suspension, you will not be able to access the platform, but your data will be preserved. Subscription billing may continue during suspension.

Severe or Repeated Violations

Permanent account termination without refund. This includes termination of all active subscriptions and immediate deactivation of your IronOS system. Data preservation follows the standard 90-day retention policy outlined in the Terms of Service.

Expedited Enforcement

IronOS reserves the right to skip warning stages and immediately suspend or terminate accounts for severe violations, including but not limited to: fraud, illegal activity, actions that threaten platform security, harassment of other users, or collection of data from minors.

6. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this Acceptable Use Policy, please report it to legal@ironos.dev. Include as much detail as possible, including the nature of the violation and any supporting evidence. We will review all reports and take appropriate action.
